About

about this exhibition

As a nation, we celebrate our country for everything uniquely Singapore, in all its perfect qualities and imperfect beauty. This exhibition captures that. No detail gets left out and no one gets left behind. Our differently-abled student and alumni artists give you All Things Singapore – food, nostalgia, architecture, the mundane and some surprises. They have all grown up with autism in a country that strives to be more inclusive and accepting each day. See this country we call home, through the unique perspectives of these 33 differently-abled sons and daughters of Singapore.

Launched in 2011, the Artist Development Programme (ADP) is an award-winning programme aimed at uncovering the artistic talents in students and developing their potential. It received the Special Education Innovation Award by the Ministry of Education in 2012. Under the ADP, professional artists are engaged to work with talented students to nurture their talents.

11am - 9pm
East Garden Foyer Gallery
The Fullerton Hotel, Singapore.

About The Fullerton Art Programme

Dedicated to promoting the local art and culture scene, as well as infusing art within the cityscape, The Fullerton Heritage initiated The Fullerton Art Programme in 2009. Art exhibitions are showcased in The Fullerton Heritage precinct, adding a touch of colour to the rich heritage and culture. Besides providing premier venues for art and cultural events, The Fullerton Art Programme aims to promote established and budding artists by providing them with the needed visibility for their works and talents. Both the East Garden Foyer Gallery and The Fullerton Heritage Gallery, located at The Fullerton Hotel Singapore, are dedicated home to the works of arts, heritage and culture. In 2014, The Fullerton Heritage was awarded with the Patron of the Arts Award by National Arts Council Singapore.

About The Fullerton Heritage

Located where the dynamic developments of Marina Bay intersect with the world famous Singapore skyline, and where the historic district meets the future, The Fullerton Heritage precinct is the focal point for waterfront fine dining, upscale shopping and entertainment. The waterfront development’s architecture which combines both the historical and contemporary, adds vibrancy to the area’s long-established cultural heritage and central business district. An exquisite dining and hospitality complex, the precinct consists of The Fullerton Hotel Singapore, The Fullerton Bay Hotel Singapore, The Fullerton Waterboat House, One Fullerton, The Fullerton Pavilion, Clifford Pier and Customs House.
